I recently completed the CALM KIDS 101 training with Tarryn.  It truly was an enjoyable and educational experience.

I was absolutely thrilled one day while working with a rambunctious group of 4 and 5 year olds and I was able to put my new learning to use.  

 The children 100% bought in and the calm in the room was shocking.  

After the meditation, students were relaxed, quiet and ready for a calm nutrition break.  Many students wanted to draw their own Happy Island and share it with their classmates.

The Central Nervous System & Vagus Nerve

What these systems are and how they work together. The Vagus Nerve is the unsung hero of keeping the body regulated. We all know how to breathe.... but breathing to bring on CALM is a totally different method. You will learn how to simplistically help a child breathe in order to activate calm within the body and mind.



There are different body positions that encourage CALM. Learn what they are and how to use them effectively to help any mental state.



Habit stacking is the new buzzword in today's world of personal development and productivity. Here you learn how to use sensory stacking to bring on CALM quicker.



Yes, kids are able to meditate as long as you know how to help their bodies come to stillness. You will learn how to bring this to kids in a fun engaging way.... and learn other methods of meditating that truly resonate with kids!


Movement with Meditation

Again, Stacking the calming effects of both activities to reach the parasympathetic (rest and digest) state quicker.


Vagal Stimulation through Breath, Movement & Meditation

How much does it cost?

How do I know it's for me?

If you work or live with children in any form, this course is for you. The tools learned will be able to be used in any setting, from the ages of 4 - 15.

Do I get the Full Course all at once?

Yes - you can then take part in your own time or totally binge on all the tools taught!

It is recommended to do 2 Modules a week, and practice the tools before moving on to the next modules.

Is this a Yoga Course?

No - it is taking the different concepts of Breath, Movement and Meditation separately to be used when needed, individually.

What is my time commitment?

The Course is 8 Modules that are roughly 1 hour each. We have a LIVE weekly call where we go through 2 modules and Q & A After.

You are then encouraged to practice the tools of that week before moving onto the next.

It is structured to grow the tools as your knowledge, confidence and practice grows.

Meet Tarryn.

Little-Souls: Child Wellness was founded by me, through my passion for passing on the skill of Breath, Movement and Meditation to our Next Generation to be able to navigate life with more ease. I openly share the belief that life should be lived with joy, gratitude and dedication to being in the present moment.

I created this course to spread the tools that have served so many kids in the most profound ways.

I realized this through kids coming to me saying a breath actually really worked 😀, or that they were able to calm their mind after listening to a meditation, or that their favourite position is with their legs up the wall now!

I understand there is only one of me! By sharing and teaching you these skills, we can collectively reach more kids and make a bigger impact on the Next Generation!
